Wonderful Spring weather on the day made for a most enjoyable day for exhibitors and visitors to this year's show.

 

We had a good range of interesting produce, an excellent display of Daffodils and Narcissi, an expanding flower arranging class, excellent cooking classes and above all a happy day.

 

Barbara and her team of cake makers provided such a delicious range of afternoon teas it was difficult to drag oneself away to see the show.

 

Trevor Sears won the George Edwards Cup for the best exhibit of daffodils - this cup is 50 years old so quite an honour to win.

 

Jill Long won the Witley Evergreens Cup . The Redhead Bowl was won by Catherine Bullock, the cookery class won by Georgina Ellerton, and Helen Johnson won the Norman Cup on her first attempt exhibiting at this popular village show - an enjoyable success after two years being cooped up by the pandemic unable to meet up with friends and neighbours.
